On receipt of payment, goods will be delivered via standard Australia Post mail. If goods are required within three days, goods will be delivered by Australia Post's Express Post at Express Post charges. (NB. Membership and Supporter documentation will be provided via email.)
Please note that Safer Australian Roads and Highways (SARAH) Inc researches the items we sell to ensure their quality. However you may request a refund if the goods are faulty, do not match the description or do not match the sample shown.
SARAH Inc reserves the right to review the returned good and where it is agreed that the goods are faulty, do not match the description or do not match the sample shown, a credit note or refund will be made. Standard postage for returns will also be credited or refunded.
Please note that SARAH Inc cannot refund an item if you simply change your mind.
